Thanks for visiting our website. My name is Mark Elmerick. I run BrightDrop Virtual Assistants, with offices in Indianapolis, IN and Cebu City, Philippines.
I started this company because I have successfully grown a small business with the help of virtual assistants in the Philippines & wanted to help other companies to do the same.
About 3 years ago, I started a boutique information services business called Elmerick Data & Reports (www.elmerick.com). I have grown this business (and continue to operate it) with the help of virtual assistants in the Philippines -- and I am constantly amazed at the talent and dedication that I see in The Philippines.
My experiences at Elmerick Data & Reports led me to start BrightDrop Virtual Assistants. I truly enjoy working with Filipinos and I want to help other small and mid-sized businesses to leverage this pool of talented, English-speaking workers.
At BrightDrop Virtual Assistants, we go through a rigorous hiring process to make sure we hire the best people. We only hire experienced workers with a high proficiency in MS Office products and the latest technologies.
We also verify that our new hires are fluent in English, have good writing skills and maintain a good understanding of American culture – I’m pretty sure all of our virtual assistants in the Philippines know more about American pop culture & the latest American trends than I do :)
